(ORAL) Both the petitioners herein seek the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.770 dated 06.12.2020 registered at Police Station City Karnal, District Karnal, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 307 & 506 IPC.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Rohtash Kumar, Police Station City Karnal, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 12.03.2021 as passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, the petitioners have joined in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required and they are also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature. Keeping in view the above-said submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioners by the Co-ordinate Bench vide the said order dated 12.03.2021, is made absolute.

However, the petitioners shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA) JUDGE 25.08.2021.
