Mr. Divyam Singh, Advocate for Mr. Vikram Singh, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** HARKESH MANUJA, J (ORAL) By way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for directing respondent No.2 to take a final decision on the application dated 25.04.2022 (P-4) within some specified time especially in view of order dated 27.02.2020 (P-2); whereby proceedings under Section 145/146 Cr.P.C. has been ordered to be dropped. Referring to an order dated 27.02.2020 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Panipat, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite there being a direction issued to the Incharge, Police Station, Israna, the possession of Samadhi Mandir, Village Pardahana has not been handed over to Mandir Committee. Learned counsel also submits that in this regard, petitioners have been repeatedly approaching the concerned Incharge of Police Station, Israna despite having made representation dated 25.04.2022 to SDM, Panipat (P-4 at page 40), however, no steps have been taken.

Without commenting upon merits of the case and in view of the submissions made hereinabove, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to look into the matter and decide the representation dated 25.04.2022 (P-4) submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
