The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the Trial Court to decide Civil Suit No.88 of 2016 titled Harjit Singh & Ors. versus Kuldeep Singh pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandigarh expeditiously.

As per the website of the District Court, Chandigarh, the main civil suit itself stands decreed with costs vide judgment and decree dated 22.03.2024 and hence the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous.
