[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 179, dated 21st August, 2020 under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala. [3] After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. [4] Dismissed as withdrawn.
