The instant petition has been filed praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to protect the petitioner from illegitimacies of the persons, mentioned in the prayer clause of the petition, as they are threatening the petitioner to implicate him in a false criminal case. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to his grievance, the petitioner has already made a number of complaints to the competent authorities, but to no avail.

From the perusal of the record, it appears that since 2021, the complaints are being made by the petitioners, but no action is being taken by the respondent authorities.
