RAJESH BINDAL, J In terms of the order dated passed by this Court on 8.7.2015, learned counsel for respondent No.5-Central Board of Secondary Education has produced the result of 10+2 examination of the petitioner in a sealed cover. The same was opened and the result was perused. The petitioner had failed. The result has been returned to counsel for respondent No.5. On the last date of hearing, this Court had passed the following order:- "The only issue sought to be raised by the petitioner is that in case the petitioner had passed the examination of 10+2, result of which has not been declared, then only the suit is required to be pursued, otherwise the petitioner may attend the classes of next session and appear afresh. Learned counsel for respondent No. 5 to produce the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover in court on the next date of hearing, i.e. 21.7.2015."

Considering the fact that the petitioner had not passed 10+2 examination, not only that nothing survives in the present petition but in SHARMILA 2015.07.29 11:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document.

Civil Revision No.3927 of 2015 -2even the suit filed by the petitioner apparently will not survive, as the petitioner has approached the trial court with a grievance that he was not being allowed to sit in the examination as allegedly his attendance was not complete. He was provisionally allowed to sit in the examination by the Court.

Considering the aforesaid development, let the trial court also pass appropriate order in the suit pending before it. The petition stands dismissed.
