(Oral) It is submitted that on the complaint of the petitioners, GD No.55 dated 14.09.2022 has been registered against the accused persons but the same is not being properly investigated. An X-Ray report in respect of petitioner No.2 shows that he has sustained a fracture in the little finger. Yet, Section 325 IPC has not been added. Accordingly, representation dated 17.11.2022 (Annexure P-6) has been submitted before respondent No.2 but no action has been taken.

Notice of motion to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 only. Mr. Harkanwarjit Singh, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice and waives service.

Considering the nature of order being passed, no reply is necessary to be filed.
