These two revision petitions have been filed while challenging the concurrent orders passed by the Rent Controller as well as the Appellate Authority.

The petitioner's eviction has been ordered on the ground of bonafide personal necessity of the landlord and his family. The landlord is a DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.12.13 10:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chartered Accountant and is now practising in Delhi. However, he wants to

Civil Revision No. 3505 of 2018 (O&M) AND Civil Revision No. 171 of 2019 (O&M) expand his practise and live along with his family in the property in question. Both the authorities have found that the requirement of the respondent/landlord is bonafide.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that for opening an office, only one room would be required. He submits that the eviction of the tenant/petitioner cannot be ordered from the entire portion. 4.

The respondent/landlord has not only pleaded but proved that he requires the premises for the expansion of his practice as well as for his residence along with his family.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, both the present revision petitions are dismissed.

The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, in both the revision petitions shall stand disposed of.
