(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to get the FIR No.0395 dated 23.07.2019 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC Police Station Tauru, District Nuh, investigated through some other independent agency or by any senior police officer.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Kanwaljeet Singh, submits that on completing the investigation, challan under Section 173 Cr.P.C., has already been presented on 23.11.2021 and the trial is going on and is pending for framing of charge on 20.07.2022. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the available pleas/defences at the time of framing of the charge.
