***** HARKESH MANUJA, J (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made, inter-alia, for issuance of direction to the official respondents to provide actual details of investigation undertaken in case FIR No.82 dated 21.05.2017 under Section 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Jhabal, District Tarn Taran.

Despite second call, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and raises no objection to the innocuous prayer made in the petition.

Considering the limited prayer made in the present petition, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to conclude the investigation in above mentioned FIR expeditiously preferably within a period of 08 (eight) weeks from today.
