Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 28.5.2015 (Annexure P-9) and 7.4.2015 (Annexure P-7) on the grounds the the demolition of cinema and ice factory had been ordered without deciding the application for amendment under order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC' for short) and other applications against the original judgment and decree dated 31.8.1991.

Heard.

During the course of arguments, it has transpired that in terms of the impugned orders, the cinema and ice factory have already been demolished.
