Learned State counsel has produced the photocopy of the death certificate of the appellant Kochar Singh along with the report of SHO, Police Station Boha in Court today, which is taken on record. According to the Death Certificate, the appellant expired on 21.05.2016. It has further been stated in the report that Jagmail Singh, appellant was also known by the name of Kochar Singh.
