(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners has informed that pursuant to the parties having appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, they have entered into an amicable settlement and that the parties would be getting their marriage dissolved. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the FIR in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
