Ordered accordingly. The respondents are permitted to withdraw the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) with liberty to reserve their right to float fresh tender. We make it clear that the petitioner shall also be duly considered in accordance with law, if he is found eligible. Disposed of accordingly.
