(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he does want to press the revision petition against the impugned order dated 03.10.2017, whereby, he has been called upon to pay the money decree of 3 months' salary being total amount of `1,26,222/- subject to payment of ad valorem court fee within 30 days from the passing of the judgment but prayed for extension of time in making the aforesaid payment. The aforementioned prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner is fair and justified.
