In the present revision petition, a prayer has been made to direct the Executing Court to conclude the execution petition. In substance, the petitioner prays for compensation for the involuntary acquisition of the land. A large number of such execution petitions are pending in the Courts. A Division Bench of this Court in Pradeep Kumar v. State of Haryana and Others (Civil Writ Petition No. 20384 of 2021, decided on 14.02.2022), has approved a policy adopted by the State for regulating the payment in the land acquisition cases. The matter is also pending before the Supreme Court. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court does not find it appropriate to issue any direction. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may file an application before the Executing Court in this regard. 3.

With the observations made above, the present revision petition is disposed of.
