The present petition has been filed seeking cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No. 1 by learned Additional District Judge, Palwal vide order dated 13.12.2022 (Annexure P-6) in complaint/ criminal case No. 0012 dated 02/04.07.2016, CIS No. COMI/51/2/2016 under Sections 304-B, 498-A, 406 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Post, Jayakava, Police Station Hodal, District Palwal.

After vehemently arguing on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner could not demonstrate as to which condition of the bail has been violated by respondent No. 1, who happens to be the husband of the deceased, daughter of petitioner, expired in her matrimonial home.

In light of the above, this Court does not find any ground to interfere in the order passed by the learned Court below, as none of the conditions of bail have been violated. However, it shall remain open to the petitioner to approach the competent Court, in case, respondent No. 1 violates any condition of bail in future.
