.....RESPONDENTS CORAM:- HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE RAMESH KUMARI

Present:

None for the petitioner.

Mr. Vidul Kapoor, Advocate for Mr. G.V.S. Behl, Advocate for the respondents. **** RAMESH KUMARI , J.(ORAL ) Mr. Vidul Kapoor, Advocate for Mr. G.V.S. Behl, Advocate appeared and has submitted that the demised premises had already been vacated by the respondent and the cause of action no more survives. None appears for the petitioner.

A perusal of the order dated 01.04.2004, passed by learned Rent Controller reveals that the writ petition filed by the petitioner herein was allowed, however, on filing of first appeal, the order of learned Rent Controller was reversed and ejectment application was dismissed. Since none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and as per submission made by learned counsel for the respondents that the demised premises had already been vacated, the revision petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
