(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is seeking direction to official respondents to conduct investigation in FIR No. 129 dated 28.9.2022, under Sections 323, 506, 34, 354-A, 354-B and 354-D of IPC, registered at Women Police Station District Palwal, in a fair and impartial manner. Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that police has already investigated the matter and challan is ready. She further submits that after completing formalities, challan would be presented at the earliest.

On being confronted with these facts, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that State may be directed to file challan in a time bound manner.

CRM-M-3864 of 2023 -2investigating officer is directed to file challan expeditiously and preferably within three months from today.
