Both the counsel state that the matter has since been compromised between the parties and the spouses have filed a petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act for getting divorce by mutual consent where their statements have been recorded on first motion on 6.2.2019 and further the divorce petition in question, the transfer of which is being sought by way of filing the present application has been withdrawn on 6.2.2019. It being so, the present application has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
