Jiwan Lal v. State Of Punjab And Another
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M-2499 of 2020 Date of Decision: 21.01.2020 Jiwan Lal
...Petitioner
Versus
State of Punjab and another ....Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN Present:- Mr. A.K. Garg, Advocate, for the petitioner.
RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 -Satish Kumar @ Kuku granted by learned Sessions Judge, Sangrur, vide order dated 06.01.2020 in case FIR No.291 dated 28.12.2019 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station City Sangrur, District Sangrur. Heard.
This is totally a frivolous and mala fide petition inasmuch as petitioner wants to give criminal colour to a civil dispute. Instead of filing instant petition, proper recourse for the petitioner was to file contempt petition, in case, respondent No.2 had violated any order of the civil Court. Dismissed.
