(ORAL) Petitioner herein inter alia seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 and 2 to provide the complete one percent reservation to Mental Illness category (Benchmark Disabilities) with 48 posts instead of 19 posts out of total vacancies i.e. 4858 published by Haryana Staff Selection Commission vide Advt. No.5/2019 dated 20.06.2019 (Annexure P-1).

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that claim of the petitioner during pendency of the proceedings has been accepted, as also stated in the reply.

In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
