Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, for, the impugned order dated 06.12.2017 (Annexure P-9) is an appealable order, the petitioner wishes to file an appeal, but apprehends that the issue of limitation will arise. He submits that under the circumstances, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition.

In view of the statement given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant revision petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal, in accordance with law. The issue of limitation shall be considered by the Court concerned as per its own merits, though sympathetically.
