Learned State counsel submitted that the compromise dated 24.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) annexed with the petition is only a partial compromise and does not encompass all the accused persons involved in the case. It is further submitted that, as per the FIR in question, there are total five accused persons; however, only two of them have been made parties to the present proceedings. It is further submitted that the remaining three accused persons have neither been impleaded nor have they joined the alleged compromise, thereby rendering the partial compromise. 2.

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3.

In light of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned State counsel, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present petition is devoid of merit, as the compromise in question is only partial and, therefore, not maintainable in the eys of law. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed.
