ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 05.08.2022 vide which a direction was issued to decide the representation.

As per the affidavit of the Director General of Police, Punjab, a speaking order has been passed on 26.04.2023 and the necessary relief has been granted.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
