The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking directions to respondents to issue Certificate of Installation of Fire Safety System. 2.

The petitioner which is a registered charitable trust claims that it is managing a school under the name and style as B.M.D. Public School Sector 63, Chandigarh. It is recognized by Education Department, U.T. Chandigarh. It has installed fire safety system in the school premises. It applied to Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh for issuing certificate of fire safety system installation but to no avail. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that as per his instructions competent authority would consider petitioner's application and pass an appropriate order within one month from today after granting MOHIT KUMAR 2026.04.21 14:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
