The petitioner seeks to withdraw the civil revision and be given a liberty to move an application under Order 18 Rule 3A CPC for permission to let in evidence after the witnesses were examined. It is stated that the impugned order has been passed when there was no such application. The petitioner will have a liberty of fresh consideration if such application is moved before the Court below and the Court will consider the same without in any way being influenced by the decision already taken.

The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn but with liberty as aforesaid.
