It is needless exercise for person to arrive before this Court to complain that the Court ought not to have closed the evidence. The right must be taken as available for party to apply to the same Court setting out the reason as to why his presence could not be there at the time when the case was posted and seek for reopening the case and for opportunity to let in further evidence. If such request is made, the Court will consider the same and pass appropriate orders. 2.
The revision petition is disposed of on the above observations.
