(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.0140 dated 08.09.2018, under Sections 323, 353, 186, 451, 427, 148, 149 IPC (Section 333 IPC added lateron), Police Station Sadar, District Hoshiarpur (P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (P-2). Pursuant to order dated 22.01.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 11.02.2019 along with receipt of `15,000/- to get their statements recorded. Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.166 dated 13.02.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, vide Endst. CRM-M-2869 of 2019 --2-- Judge, Hoshiarpur is satisfied that parties have compromised the matter amicably with their free will and the compromise is bonafide which is without any pressure or undue influence. No accused has been declared proclaimed offender.
Considering the report of ld. Additional District & Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur dated 13.02.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.0140 dated 08.09.2018 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only. Disposed of accordingly.
