Information was sought from the learned District Judge, SBS Nagar (Nawanshahar) about the fate of the pending suit. It has been informed that the said suit was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated May 02, 2012 passed by Sh. Randhir Verma, Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), SBS Nagar (Nawanshahar). This petition has, thus, been rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed.
