Respondent No. 2 ex parte before the Rent Controller. ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that respondent No. 1 will pay the entire amount of house tax as claimed and due till date with interest and costs before the Rent Controller. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision petitioner has no objection if the revision petition be disposed of on these terms.
Parties are directed to appear before the Rent Controller on 16.04.2018. The petitioner will give the entire details of the house tax due till date before the Rent Controller. The Rent Controller will assess the interest and costs on this amount and allow one opportunity to respondent Jyoti 2018.03.14 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
