(ORAL) After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter as the petitioner-decree holder has an alternative remedy of recalling of the order, impugned, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy in accordance with law. The other prayer of the petitioner for issuance of appropriate direction to the trial Court for expediting the decree is rejected as nothing has brought on record as to how the judgment debtor is instrumental in delaying the execution petition.

In view of above, the present revision petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
