Ramendra Jain, J (Oral) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.249 dated 14.12.2018 registered under Sections 186, 353, 332, 506 and 34 IPC at Police Station, Daba, District Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 18.01.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
