On 10.12.2024 the following order was passed : "As per the office report, notice could not be issued to the respondent as learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed the process fee.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks one more opportunity for doing the needful.

Let the process fee be filed within a period of four weeks from today and on doing so, fresh notice be issued to the respondent through the Civil Judge (Senior Division) concerned, returnable 28.04.2025.

Last opportunity is granted for filing the process fee, failing which consequences shall follow."

Today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice since morning. Even the process fee has not been filed till date.
