**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J.(Oral) At the outset, a pointed query was put to the learned counsel for the petitioners as to how the instant revision petition is maintainable since the amount in dispute is more than Rs.10,000/- as the remedy of appeal prescribed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act is available to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has failed to satisfy this Court on this query.

In the circumstances, the instant revision petition stands dismissed.
