(Oral) Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 04.07.2022 (Annexure P-3), whereby respondent No.2 held that the respondent No.1 is entitled to compensation amount of Rs.63,336/-.

When confronted with the maintainability of the petition as impugned decision is appealable, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition in order to avail the alternative statutory remedy. The prayer is accepted.
