Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the orders dated 11.12.2018, Annexure P-4 (colly), whereby the petitioners have been reverted and that they be granted one opportunity to pass Punjabi language examination in 10th class.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Jaspreet Singh ADO and Mr. Manpreet Singh, Clerk, states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as during the pendency of the present petition, petitioner Nos.2 and 3 have been promoted to the post of Agriculture Sub Inspector vide order dated 16.07.2021, on they having cleared the Punjabi language examination, however, petitioner No.1, not been even a matriculate, could not be promoted.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. Petitioner No.1, if advised may submit a representation with the respondents, if still has a claim in law.
