Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.251, dated 10th November, 2021 under Sections 420, 506 and 406 IPC, registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur. This Court vide order dated 15th February, 2022 granted the interim bail subject to joining investigation. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Bhajan Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is cooperating. As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 15th February, 2022 is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
