(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of appropriate orders or directions to official respondents not to harass, humiliate or pressurize him on the complaints made at the instance of respondent No.7.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer informs this Court that a complaint was received against the petitioner at the instance of respondent No.7 against which the petitioner was called once. Learned State counsel further submits that in case, the presence of the petitioner is required in relation to complaint made by respondent No.7, he shall only be called in accordance with Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973.
