Ramendra Jain, J (Oral) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.02 dated 04.01.2019 registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station, Moonak, District Sangrur.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 18.01.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
