The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.196 dated 13.09.2019 registered under Sections 307, 379-B, 353, 295-A, 186, 332, 333, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 341, 354, 120-B IPC and Section 67-A of Information and Technology Act, 2000 added subsequently) at Police Station Lopoke, Distict Amritsar Rural.

By an order dated 22.01.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and granted him to join investigation. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Gurdeep Singh submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 22.01.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
