RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to regularize his services in terms of the Government instructions, from the date the services of junior employees have been regularized by the respondents, vide order dated 29.07.2019 (P-3). The greivance of the petitioner before this Court is that she ws appointed as part time sweeper on 28.11.1997 but till date her services have not been regularized whereas services of similarly situated perons have been regularized, vide Annexure P-3 colly.

In this regard, petitioner has given detail legal notice dated 17.12.2019 (P-7) but no action has been taken till date. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. CWP No. 1538-2020 Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to District Level Committee at Bhiwani to decide the legal notice dated 17.12.2019 (P-7), within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The District Level Commitee at Bhiwani shall pass a speaking order thereon after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, failing which, it shall be liable to pay cost of Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing cost is only to prevent the petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
