The revision petition is against the claim of maintenance brought at the instance of the wife in matrimonial proceeding. The Court looked into the assertion made by the wife that the husband owned two JCB machines, two dumpers, four tractors and was earning about `5 lacs and awarded `15,000/- as interim maintenance. 2.
The grievance of the husband is that the wife is a graduate but he is only a 10+2 pass and that he has no income at all. There was no proof adduced by the wife to show as to how he was making a living or filed any document to prove that he is having ownership over dumpers, tractors etc.

Admittedly, he is member of a family which is reasonably wealthy and the Court has taken note of the assertion made by the wife to provide for interim maintenance.
