The petitioner is aggrieved that the issues have not been properly framed by the Court below. I do not think that the matter needs to be detained before this Court unnecessarily. I dispense with notice to the respondents and proceed to frame the following additional issue:- "Whether the alleged agreement dated 07.08.2006 said to have been executed by the plaintiff in favour of the defendant is true, valid and enforceable ? OPD 2.
