IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CRM-M-2290-2019 (O&M) DATE OF DECISION:-18.01.2019 VIJENDER SINGH ...PETITIONER...
V.
STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS.
...RESPONDENTS...
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN
Present:
Mr. Balkar Singh, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to register FIR under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC against respondents No.4 to 6 and his companions.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police Sonepat, District Sonepat, is directed to look into complaint dated 25.12.2018 (P-4) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police Sonepat, District Sonepat, to decide the complaint dated 25.12.2018 (P-4) by passing a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
