**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to consider the grievance for his transfer to Civil Dispensary Suraj Kund, Faridabad from Primary Health Centre, Dhoj Faridabad being handicapped. At the very outset, the present petition is liable to be dismissed as the case of the petitioner is not covered under transfer policy. The petitioner is already working in Primary Health Centre, Dhoj Faridabad and is now seeking transfer at Civil Dispensary Suraj Kund, Faridabad, which is at a distance of about 17 km from his home.

The present petition is dismissed.
