(Oral) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to submit the status report in FIR No. 83 dated 06.11.2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 34 IPC at Police Station Behram, Distt. Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Annexure P2). Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage submits that a direction be issued to the police authorities for taking a decision on the complaint/representation submitted by the petitioner. Keeping in view the limited prayer addressed by the petitioner, facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is considered appropriate to dispose of this petition, with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Distt. Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (respondent No.2) to look into the complaint/representation dated 11.12.2019 (Annexure P4) and take appropriate action as may be required.
