(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to declare the result of the petitioner, as the petitioner participated in the selection process for category No. 17 of advertisement dated 28.06.2015 i.e PGT Sociology, as the result of the petitioner has not been declared so far. The last candidate has secured 94 marks in the SC category. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case,this petition is disposed of by respondent No. 2 to declare the result of the petitioner within two weeks and inform him accordingly.
