(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that despite directions to the respondents to release the revised pension and gratuity, which he has became entitled for in view of the letter/order dated 02.07.2018 (Annexure P-4), the same is still not released. Counsel for the petitioner states that despite five months have elapsed, no amount has been paid to the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner further states that in this regard the petitioner has made a representation dated 13.11.2018 (Annexure P-6) to the Manager, SBI, Panchkula and representation dated 13.12.2018 (Annexure P-7) to the Managing Director, HVPNL, Panchkula and at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, in case the respondents authorities NARESH KUMAR 2019.01.24 10:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP-1505-2019 -2are directed to decide the representations dated 13.11.2018 (Annexure P-6) as well as representation dated 13.12.2018 (Annexure P-7) in a time bound manner.

In view of the request made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and the claim being made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to decide the representations dated 13.11.2018 (Annexure P-6) as well as representation dated 13.12.2018 (Annexure P-7) by passing the appropriate speaking orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case after the decision, it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefit, the same shall also be released to him within a period of next three months.

Present writ petition stands disposed of.
