Adjournment slip has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioners. However, learned counsel for respondent No.1, placing on record the certified copy of judgment and decree dated 02.11.2016, contends that instant revision has rendered infructuous in view of decretal of the suit of respondent No.1. He further points out that independent suit of the petitioners for declaration has also been dismissed by the trial Court on the same day i.e. 02.11.2016. Certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 02.11.2016 is taken on record.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for respondent No.1, nothing survives in this revision. Therefore, the same is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
